Daher is looking for a Project Manager to join our team onsite in Sandpoint, Idaho, to support our Program Management Organization. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising projects as assigned by Program Management. The Project Manager is expected to properly execute various aspects of Daher’s aerospace projects by performing tasks on time/to schedule, on budget, while upholding utmost quality standards and practices during each project phase. The Project manager will balance customer satisfaction (product integrity) while also balancing economic performance objectives set forth by Daher.

Manage projects with a multi-dimensional approach by applying knowledge in finance, project management methodologies, and technical aeronautical skills.
- Report to management risk analyses as well as performance KPIs per project.
- Lead project teams as a functional leader who serves.
- Propose and write new/improved project management processes, keeping customer satisfaction and communication methodology at the forefront.

Profile and other information related to the position
- 3-5 years in the aeronautical field (aircraft manufacturers or tier 1 suppliers).
- Project management experience (managing plans, costs, deadlines, quality standards, communication, etc.).
- General knowledge of Finance (budget management, rules, business plan, etc.).
- General knowledge of Aeronautics a plus (but not mandatory).
