Property and Change Manager

The role
The Property & ID Team plays a pivotal role in keeping our business safe and our growth plans on track. Engaging with people and businesses across the industry, we deliver safe working space for our people to perform at their best. We are based in Luton with a small, highly motivated team who travel all across Europe to source, maintain and deliver exceptional working spaces.
This role will lead step changes in relation to easyJet’s ways of working across the property portfolio to facilitate our people, third party suppliers and contractors within the office, hangar and wider airport environments. This role will identify, undertake, maintain and develo projects, the role will help to enhance the performance of the business in the delivery of the company vision. This will focus on how we land these changes, what we deliver and the framework in which we do so we will not only deliver for the business but build the brand of the team as a partner and asset, and critical part of the People function.
What you need to do the role
> Able to actively time management, prioritise projects and roles within a close knit team in highly reactive department;
> A good understanding of building services installations, general construction work standards and facilities contracts;
> Hold a nationally recognised construction/services/facilities qualification;
> Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction/services/facilities supervisory role;
> Stakeholder management
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and the ability to ‘push-back’ with managers
> Ability to liaise with key stakeholders across all departments, up to Executive Manager groups
> Ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
> Ability to delegate tasks to team members where appropriate
> Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
