Proposal Manager

Contract Position

$146,294.00- $158,197.00/ Year

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all proposal activities, including managing proposal schedules, deadlines, and personnel, while monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Capture Manager to incorporate win strategies and solutions into a proposal structure designed for compliance and ease of evaluation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive review plan (e.g., Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team) for interim and final reviews of technical, management, and cost proposals.
• Coordinate, assemble, and oversee administrative functions related to the production of assigned proposals.
• Lead and manage all aspects of proposal development to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions that align with strategic win strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required.

• Experience and Expertise:

  • Demonstrated success managing winning proposals related to the company’s business focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of missions, products, and technologies, including current and future applications.

• Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 30 as needed.
