Job Title: Quality Inspector Supervisor
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor the inspection team, ensuring compliance with aircraft structure specifications and drawings. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and improving quality standards in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the inspection team to achieve quality standards and goals.
- Ensure compliance with aircraft structure specifications and drawings.
- Streamline inspection processes and ensure accurate inspection records.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Supervise daily inspection activities to maintain product quality.
- Deliver timely post-inspection reports and manage timesheets accurately.
- Provide daily updates to headquarters and pass down shift information.
- Develop team skills to prevent dependency on any single individual.
- Monitor attendance and document disciplinary actions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in an aviation manufacturing or regulated manufacturing environment

- Adaptable to change with routine weekend coverage

Work Environment
Our team consists of 80 employees working around the clock in three shifts. This position is needed on the 2nd swing shift, Monday to Friday from noon to 8:30 PM. Additionally, the candidate will undergo a two-week training program in Wichita. Overtime is offered on weekends, and it is expected that each individual be open to working at least one day of the weekend every other week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
