Job Summary

The Regional Process Manager is responsible for the data analytics supporting multiple gateway operations.  The Regional Process Manager provides the analysis to gateway General Managers and Senior Leadership to improve standard work execution, operational execution and financial performance of the gateway.      

 

The Regional Process Manager will maintain working knowledge of gateway operations and freight flow and participate in development and implementation of master operating plan (MOP) changes.  This will require a working knowledge of Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), local airport authorities and U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) regulations and policies and be able to positively represent the company while complying with the regulatory requirements of each department as it impacts the operation.     

Desired candidate will reside and work out of one of the following airport locations: Seattle SEATAC, Sacramento CA, Phoenix, LAX, Bradley International Airport, MSP Airport, JFK, or Allentown PA..  

Responsibilities
  • Audit and Review KPI rebuttals and insure timely submission
  • Manage the KPI data, reporting and results tracking for assigned locations
  • Audit and approve daily Shift based headcount (SBHC) reporting details for assigned locations
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Master Operating Plans (MOP) for assigned locations
  • Analyze daily reporting data for assigned locations and provide operational recommendations
  • Provide the analysis and data required to support the creation of weekly and monthly business white papers for presentation to the customer
  • Participate and/or lead daily, weekly and monthly presentation(s) to the customer
  • Audit and track network volume activity including planned vs actual activity for aircraft, volume, warehouse process and linehaul schedules
  • Partner and communicate with local gateway leadership and customer to support the operational needs of the gateway
  • Work independently as a self-starter with the ability to determine a personal schedule across a 24/7 environment to support the operation(s) as needed
  • Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the customers Standard Work manual and train gateway employees in Standard Work execution. 
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred
  • Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Ability to travel as needed in support of the operation.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate personnel. 
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft Suite of programs
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and recommend action based on analysis
