Description:The F-35 is designed with the entire battlespace in mind, bringing new flexibility and capability to the United States and its allies. Reliance on any single capability — electronic attack, stealth, etc. — is not sufficient for success and survivability in the future. Missions traditionally performed by specialized aircraft — air-to-air combat, air-to-ground strikes, electronic attack, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance — can now be executed by a squadron of F-35s.
This position will be responsible as the ACPSO for one or more Special Access Programs (SAPs).
Will need experience working on large Special Access Programs platforms. Must have knowledge and experience with Physical Security, Personnel Security, and large-scale briefings. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret security regulations.
Serve as a liaison between government security customer(s) and Program management.
Must have a good working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07 Manual related tasks.
Applicant selected must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to special programs.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with JADE, DISS, and Special Access Programs security compliance
Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
Highly organized and detail oriented
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
