Job Description SummaryIn this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to act as the legitimate representative of your Airframer within GE Aerospace. As such, you will voice your customer and other triangulated intel to influence the business strategy and priority calls at the senior leadership level.

Roles and Responsibilities
Leverage organizational leadership to influence culture transformation with cross-functional global team. Work across RES product lines and efforts.
Accountable for relationship with Airframer. Work with Airframer to linearize demand. Support engine OTD by partnering with supply chain, stabilizing demand signals, clarifying product configurations, and driving material management.
Drive unified Airframer commercial strategy. Champion and support Services Engagement and Next Gen Services Business Models. Formulate and facilitate growth strategies. Define engagement with Airframer entities.
Drive Cash collection excellence > 95 on time. Support CEO Cash Linearity.
Communicate with Product Lines to ensure airframer expectations are being met and conflicts are resolved or escalated. Integrate with Product Lines on deal execution.
Institutionalize a culture of respect for people and a passion for continuous improvement through FLIGHT DECK.
Required Qualifications
Language:
Education: Bachelor´s degree in engineering with focus on aerospace
Degree or training in program management
Ability to manage executive level customer relationships
Significant experience with Aerospace product management
Desired Characteristics
Ability to assess market dynamics and recommend positioning of products for success
Ability to execute and negotiate complex commercial deals & contracts
Strong credibility and network within GE Aerospace
Significant commercial experience: airframer, commercial, contract, and/or technical
Strong network and credibility with leadership of Safran
NPI and product strategy leadership
Demonstrated Lean capabilities & leadership
