The Boeing Company’s Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Air Dominance Manufacturing and Safety organization, specifically the exciting F-15 Fighter program located in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position will work 10 am to 7 pm.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, employee engagement, and organizational development. This role will be essential in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with manufacturing and safety leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance operational efficiency
Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
Collaborate with the Labor Relations team to address employee concerns
Assist in communicating labor relations policies and practices to ensure understanding and compliance among employees
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale within the manufacturing and safety teams
Conduct regular assessments of employee satisfaction and recommend improvements based on feedback
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations and workplace safety
Collaborate on training initiatives for all employees to enhance skills and promote professional development
Create PowerPoint presentations for executive level meetings to effectively communicate HR strategies and initiatives
Support the implementation of performance management processes to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Pull data and utilize insights for informed decision-making, leveraging Excel for data analysis and reporting
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits and/or Employee Relations
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Advanced degree preferred in Business or Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or similar
3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
Working experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred application experience in Workday
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
HR experience working in aerospace or defense
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
