Senior LHA Financial Team Lead

Job Description:
Position will be the lead for the LHA program, managing all LHA team members for all hulls and financial products.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Execution planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.
- Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.
- Will provide financial input for LHA briefings and reports.
- Will assist in the development and documentation of procedures, and will ensure team follows LHA processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Secret Clearance required.
- Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor's
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related discipline.
- Minimum Years Experience: 10 years professional experience.
- Preferred Years Experience: 10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process.
- Required Specialized Experience: Supervisory experience; team management experience; familiar with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations; ERP experience; budget cycle development knowledge.
- Preferred Specialized Experience: Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases; experience DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs.
