Essential Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-10 salaried reports and over a 100 production workers.
- Build strong relationships across organizational boundaries and help to create an inclusive and engaging work environment
- Own and improve KPIs Safety , quality, delivery and cost
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
- Engage and lead the lean transformation plan for the assigned product teams value stream
- Stay aware of latest technical developments in own area
- Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years of experience in Operation Management (Including prior Management / Supervisory experience in an operation / production environment)

- Ability to use data in an industrial setting, understand the use of data to drive outcomes within the site
- Proven leadership experience in an operations / production / CNC machining/ assembly facility
