As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Operations team in Doha as a Senior Process Excellence Officer.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and business process re-engineering across QR Cargo operations. You will focus on optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance. You will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize and automate processes, enabling cost-effective and scalable operations. You will be a key enabler in aligning operational performance with strategic goals through data-driven insights and robust governance frameworks.
As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing operational performance data.
- Monitor and report cost-saving initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with budgetary goals.
- Drive innovation by leveraging spanet trends and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop and track operational and financial KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability across all regions.
- Lead cross-functional projects and reviews to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure effective adoption of new processes
