Roles and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the administration of the quality system, including implementation and maintenance to regulatory requirements and standards, such as applicable ISO standards
- Manage Calibration & Tool Accountability Programs across LATO
- Create audit program for Lynn Engine Assembly and serve as lead focal for external audits
- Develop and implement quality metrics to drive manufacturing improvements and business results. Work collaboratively with business teams to track efficacy of actions taken.
- Drive Predictive Quality Assessments and any improvements identified
- Support regulatory compliance and optimization of quality systems procedures relating to product compliant handling, adverse event reporting, and product field actions through development, maintenance, and improvement of documented processes.
- Lead and create Lynn Engine Assembly’s training strategy for both hourly and exempt staff
- Plan and coordinate the activities of quality staff by managing quality responsibilities as assigned, including compliant data, compliant CA / PA planning, executions, effective checks, compliant file closure, and trending.
- Lead process improvements using data analytics, proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams.
- Ensure safe practices are used in compliance with all government regulations
- Present business metrics, strategies and projects to senior leadership from diverse organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Production Quality or Quality Systems
