What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Review details of sales opportunities in your given territories to assess their growth potential.
- Develop and execute sales campaign strategies that align with strategic goals working closely with internal stake holders.
- Respond to customer tender documents in a timely manner.
- Provides day-to-day direction for support teams (Analysis, contracts, and legal) to meet goals, objectives and on-time responses.
- Lead the negotiation of long-term agreements working in partnership with support teams.
- Assist in the on-boarding of new customers and managing the entry into service of new fleets to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of provisioning.
- Monitor executed long term agreement performance to ensure that goals are met.
- Listen to, and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
- Assist in the prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments.
- Develops recommendations to improve procedures to increase sales, expand spanets, and promote business.
- Participate in trade shows, internal and external conferences, and training as and when required.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports in the process of hiring, training, and evaluating personnel when requested.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the airline/aviation, heavy equipment and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Due to customer base being in Central and South America, fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (Written and Spoken) is a requirement.
Qualifications We Prefer
- 10 years of sales experience in the airline/aviation, heavy equipment and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience using SAP and Business Objects.
- Ambitious, highly motivated person with strong cross-functional leadership skills, high acumen for collaboration and the willingness to work dedicatedly
- Support communication across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of financial parameters such as NPV, EBIT, cash flow, etc.
- Proficient in reviewing contracts.
- Composure and presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings with internal leadership or external customers.
- Interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with customers and proactive in executing relationship spaneting with all levels within a customer organizations.
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize different tasks to meet deadlines
- Exceptional persuasive communication and interpersonal skills - effectively communicate and work with all customers and levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel 40 of the time, often on short notice.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
