Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the development and translation of the Sourcing strategy into Product Line impact.
- Work closely with Sourcing commodity partners to build restructuring pipeline.
- Collaborate with customer facing organizations, providing insights on upcoming cost impacts.
- Optimize deal structures to build sustainable productivity Integrate long-range engine and spares forecasts into Sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with customer facing organizations, providing insights on upcoming cost impacts.
- Monitor process, analyze data, and recommend business strategies to minimize business total cost that are aligned to customer needs.
- Partner in commercialization of technology road maps to meet next generation technologies.
- Create and own operating rhythms to align the Product Lines and Sourcing organization Synthesizing Sourcing requirements from the Product Lines.
- Developing trade-off studies with impact analysis Leadership of direct team, as well as indirect cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategy, or customer facing operations.
