KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coordinate programs withinthe Building Automation business unit
• Define program scope, objectives, anddeliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement program plans,including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor program progress and ensureadherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks andissues that may impact program delivery
• Coordinate and communicate withstakeholders to provide program updates and address concerns
• Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance program management processes and practices
