Position: Station Agent Lead

This position is a rotational, year-round based in Dillingham, AK
In the role of Station Agent Lead, you will oversee and support the ramp service agents (RSAs) to carry out all functions of the ramp, including opening and closing operations, meeting, loading, and offloading aircraft, processing luggage and freight, and assisting passengers with special needs. The Station Agent Lead manages flight schedules, routing, and passenger and freight loading operations, as well as overall ramp supervision and safety reporting activities. Strong leadership skills are key in this role as you will help guide, motivate, and train up your team.

This Role Requires
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a 10-year background check and to work in the US.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Subject to the 12-month training requirements for hazmat.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented individual to anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
- Ability to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.
