As our Station Manager for BRS you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers moving and reducing delays - and helping us continue to have the highest technical reliability of any Airbus fleet in the world.
The Station Manager plays a key role in our Line & Base Maintenance Management Team, supporting the Head of Insourced Maintenance in leading and managing the in-house Part 145 organisation. With direct oversight of our Bristol station & one other line station, the Station Manager will ensure the highest standards of safety and operational excellence are always maintained. What you need to do the role
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a demonstrated history of successfully leading teams, and fostering a culture of performance excellence. With a proven ability to manage budgets and challenge costs, the candidate must excel in problem-solving, emphasising continuous improvement and cost reduction. Effective time management and prioritisation skills are crucial, alongside possessing the necessary license in compliance with the CAA or an aeronautical degree. Formal aeronautical maintenance training is required, coupled with a solid commercial and management background in aircraft maintenance, showcasing expertise in adhering to established budgets. The candidate must exhibit in-depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part M regulations, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the easyJet fleet type. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to influence both internally and externally. Additionally, being highly IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AMOS is crucial for success in this role.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based at Bristol and will be 40 hours per week. You will also be asked to support additional line stations. The role may require occasional travel between any of the other part 145 bases in the easyJet network.
