Description:You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior supporting the Launchers Global Supply Chain team. HIMARS and M270 are fast-paced production programs with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences within the Tactical Missiles line of business. Our team operates in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and strives to make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to deliver quality products on time to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager Senior, you will be responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and support overall management of supplier relationships, cost, schedule, risks, and technical performance
• Interface with program functional organizations and supplier management team
• Lead and support negotiations, purchase order creation/documentation, and maintenance
• Manage contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms
• Coordinate with POC lead on baselining and sales forecasting activities and analyze risks and opportunities to the financial plans
• Some travel will be required

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
