Position Summary:
The Supervisor Crew Services manages the administrative functions of Crew Services and analyzes crew-related metrics to improve performance, efficiency and operational integrity. The highest level of customer service is essential while coordinating with other departments and communicating with Crewmembers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise Crew Services crewmembers’ daily duties to include administration of the monthly work schedules, paid time off (PTO) and overtime awards
- Prepare and analyze crew operational statistics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve crew utilization and efficiency
- Coordinate crew requirements and ensure compliance for all maintenance, delivery and charter flights
- Research and respond to e-mails and crew irregularity reports
- Action requests for recorded conversations in accordance with confidentiality guidelines
- Conduct one-on-ones to mentor and develop Crewmembers
- Mentor any Crewmembers who are on Special Assignment as a Leader
- Lead Crewmembers through Hospitality standards. Ability to work efficiently while paying attention to details. Take a significant role in the development of Crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement
