· Ensure safe and secure operations, in accordance with the health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements. · Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner. · Provide accurate information to Management and Cargo Movement Control. · Maintain and enforce company procedures relating to the workplace (attendance, uniforms, equipment operation, safety). · Delegate responsibilities of Ramp activities & oversee performance and productivity. · Ability to collaborate with peers, internal partners and external customers to offer them an excellent customer service journey. · Provide direction to Ramp staff in order to maintain on-time performance of all flight and truck departures. · Create a positive customer experience while meeting Customer and company standards pertaining to quality of work performance. · Provide leadership, motivation and direction to staff, as well as train and develop new staff. · Maintain & improve operations by suggesting time/cost saving ideas and operational strategies. · Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. |
