What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Contracts Manager, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities:
Draft & Negotiate Contracts: Create, review, and negotiate complex contracts to align with business objectives and customer schedules.
Analyze & Report: Perform detailed contract analysis, ensuring compliance with company policies, government guidelines, and industry standards.
Risk Management: Assess contractual terms and conditions, identifying risks and proposing tailored solutions to mitigate them.
Collaborate: Consult daily with team members, brief leadership on contract status, and coordinate with legal and subject matter experts.
Streamline Processes: Identify workflow improvements and enhance the quality of deliverables.
Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice on contract administration and maintain accurate historical legal records.
Manage Projects: Oversee small-sized projects and contribute to cross-functional team success.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management.

Pay Details: $37.12 per hour
