• Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated direct & Indirect procurement & planning process, shelf & work-in-progress inventory, and associated cost elements.  Ensure proper procedures and internal controls are in place over physical flow and accounting of inventory in operations.
• Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory management including exchange units, general purchasing, and logistics/warehousing management.
• Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with inter-customers, key and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery target, constant evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance via business review.
• Material planning and provisioning based on the annual intake forecast for the site through gathering of relevant spanet information from Business Development, Business Units and Customer Support team.
• Drive recovery actions for the site and engage with performance recovery with vendors. Managing materials delivery commitment and provide timely update to support operation requirements.
• Adhere to established corporate/company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and legal matters that effect purchasing/planning/warehousing/Import & Export policies.
• Support and participates in Quality meetings to resolve quality issues, working with both internal & external resources.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Operations, Quality to achieve turn-around time & cost reduction target.
• Collaborate with EHS to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and to align corporate/company policies that adhere to local and corporate (state and federal) health and safety regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective planning.  Monitors and reports inventory planning accuracy. Develops and executes plans to reduce E&O.
• Ensure timely communications regarding inventory levels and key performance indicators, to keep organization informed of inventory issues and supply chain performance.
• Plan, initiate and monitor open Purchase Orders to ensure timely receipt and inventory of all products meet turn time and inventory stocking requirements.
• Establish target plan, maintain and ensure inventory meet yearly financial budget.
• Comply with all US and Malaysia regulations requirements
• Participate and compliance in EH&S program, policies and proceduresTo work on other related assigned task as and when needed
