Description:This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

As a member of the Capture Management team, youll play a key role in shaping the future of our ACS spanet segment and helping the capture organization achieve success in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
THE WORK
As a member of the Capture Management team, you will lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts or task order business. You will shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporations best interests. You will develop a capture strategy including identifying potential customers, completing competitive assessments, identifying teaming suppliers, and bid and proposal activities. You will lead and integrate a cross-functional team and have authority to direct team activities for the duration of the capture.

Basic Qualifications:
-Strong leadership, business acumen, communication and
strategic and tactical thinking
-Flexibility to work multiple assignments in a fast paced environment
-3-5 Years prior capture and/or proposal process experience
-Experience in developing customer value propositions, Win Strategies, PTW, and competitive intelligence
-Bachelors Degree in a Business, Engineering, or other related field
-Ability to lead a cross-functional team as an informal leader
Desired Skills:
-Previous experience leading International FMS and DCS Captures
-Understanding of the TLS portfolio and customer landscape
-Familiarity with RMS Win Plan and Business Models, Rate Structures, BOE and Pricing Tools
-Familiarity with the DOD budgeting and acquisition process

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
