Role :Tech Lead- Full Stack

Description:

He/She will be part of the Employee Services IT Department in charge of Human Resources (HR) Applications and will act as a Lead Product Developer in the HR Integration Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction. 

As part of the HR integration team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of data integration, data extraction and  process automation within the workday, leveraging the integration framework.

He/She acts as a direct focal point with the various stakeholders to resolve issues, design solutions, plan and organize activities.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Convert requirements to full fledge product

  • Assemble and edit source code repositories to develop a software stack for the product needs.

  • Respects the standards and structure of the given solution and the environment.

  • Develops design specifications and parameters that are in compliance with products’ architectural blueprints.

  • Participates in all phases of product development lifecycle, from the analysis, design over test and integration to operation of products.

  • Researches, evaluates, and develops new tools to improve product development efficiency.

  • Deploys, test and/or integrates highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored systems and services.

  • May assist in development of product user manuals.

  • Coordinates the functional and technical integration.

  • Defines the test strategy, scripts, scenarios and monitors test execution.

  • Determines how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, web interfaces and/or hardware logic, which may be currently operating on multiple platforms, work together to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements.

  • Work with Architects on the new POCs for new projects and products.

  • Be a consultant for cross functional / cross domain applications

  • Need to train, coach, mentor and groom the team. 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with overall 8-10 years of experience.

Mandatory skills:

  • Strong Hands on experience in Full Stack Web Development (Front End, Backend, Database, Dev Ops and MobileApp dev)

  • Experience in Cloud applications(creating and managing cloud based services, overseeing data storage)

  • Experience in building complex API’s

  • Knowledge and experience in implementing AI to the Business Applications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) end to end processes.

  • Agile solutions management suite like Version One.

  • Good to have : Product Management and People Management experience

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and Attention to details. .

  • Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.

  • Performing testing reaching zero-default outcomes.

  • Providing level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing. 

  • Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.

  • Reaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations.

  • Contributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.

  • Should be ok to work in shifts (Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology like Scrum, Safe, Kanban etc.,

  • Ability to handle a subject from demand management, to development and support

  • Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions

 The role will have the following key outputs:

  • Strong link with the Airbus Information Management organization

  • Strong link with the Airbus Workday Community of Practice

  • Proactive in providing guidance & inputs for the MyPulse’s product roadmap
