Description:The Technical Equity & Compliance (E&C) Programs, Systems and Analytics Senior Manager will provide leadership and direction for the Global Diversity and Inclusion (GD&I) department’s Programs, Systems, and Analytics group on the Equity & HR Compliance team. The selected candidate will drive the development and implementation of the team’s strategic objectives and initiatives across the enterprise, with a focus on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) work. This role includes managing associated systems improvements and providing data analytics to support LMs diversity, inclusion, EEO and AA goals.
The Senior Manager’s primary responsibilities will
be to lead the Programs, Systems & Analytics group which is responsible for: Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) reporting; EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reporting; the on-going operations and enhancements to the GD&I-specific applications/systems (Availability Modeling Tool; Affirmative Action Reporting Tool, Workplace Reasonable Accommodations Process (WRAP) tool; dashboards, etc.); the EEO-related design for and transition to a new human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS); creating GD&I data literacy; developing processes and tools that aid the Business Areas (BAs) in conducting analyses; and increasing the overall capability of the GD&I and HR organizations. Additional job responsibilities may include:
• Manage employee development, feedback, resource allocation, organizational coordination, and policy adherence to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.
• Oversee compliance reporting, including researching requirements, understanding deadlines and change implications, collaborating with Legal and senior management, and project management.
• Manage system changes by assessing needs, defining and documenting requirements, supporting the technical team through testing, and managing relevant portions of rollout.
• Conduct analytics using an understanding of privacy, compensation systems, statistical concepts, and data protection to explain data using hypothesis development, examples, and visualization for various audiences.
• Oversee initiative management, affirmative action support, training and posting, and WRAP to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements and manage projects effectively.

Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge (theoretical and practical) and application of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws and programs.
- Demonstrated, strong technical experience with applicant tracking and HR systems.
- Experience creating and delivering training on processes, data and systems.
- Experience developing and giving executive level briefings/presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous process improvements.
- Demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of professional HR/systems experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
- Experience synthesizing information from different HR systems during an HRIS transition, including the successful implementation of new processes and systems
- Experience with Functional Affirmative Action Programs (FAAPs)
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies, systems, tools, processes, and procedures

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $139,400 - $262,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $121,300 - $232,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
