Roles and Responsibilities
The engineering process leader will work with all engineering functions, lean experts, engineering tools teams, and digital teams to implement systemic improvements across multiple NPI programs. These improvements will be accomplished by:
- Building authoritative data sources to transparently share data across the team
- Connecting and flowing data across engineering functions and processes with significant reductions in manual manipulation of data
- Sequencing hand-offs to minimize down time and reprocessing
- Leveraging FLIGHT DECK principals to manage engineering processes
- Building standard work for processes and handoffs
- Defining requirements for new digital capabilities that will improve engineering processes
- Leveraging AI and Machine Learning to accelerate the design process
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree with at least 8 years of experience in design, systems engineering, and/or analysis functions
- Able to obtain a US security clearance
- US Citizen

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
- CAP or Organizational Change Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement process improvements
- Proficient in application of FLIGHT DECK to transactional processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders
