Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental inensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, exceeding customerexpectations, and optimizing our technical support operations. You will reportdirectly to our Sr. Tech Support Manager and you will work out of ourIndependence, Ohio location on a Hybrid On-site work schedule. In this role,you will impact our organization by providing exceptional technical support toour customers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering acustomer-centric culture within the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the TechnicalSupport team, providing guidance and coaching
• Ensure timely and effectiveresolution of technical issues, meeting customer Key performance indicators(KPI) and expectations
• Develop and implementstrategies to optimize technical support operations according to  
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Project Managers, AccountManagers, and other internal teams
• Monitor and analyze technicalsupport performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and allocate resourceseffectively to meet business objectives
• Stay updated with industrytrends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
