- Develop and manage cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs.
- Manage budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
- Manage program resource and budget allocation/integration.
- Manage schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs.
- Influence the programs to meet customer CTQs.
- Develop expertise in own function.
- Influence policy and ensure delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Lead others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
- Employ sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques.
- Interact with adjacent functions needed to solve issues.
- Present business or technical discipline solutions to leaders.
- Communicate complex messages and negotiate mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view.
- Influence peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of Engineering/Technology, and Program Management experience
