Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Workforce Management Manager to manage various administration tasks at our T2 operation and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Workforce Management Manager Overview:

The Admin Manager position is responsible for various administration tasks at our T2 operation to include scheduling, payroll, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. This position will partner with the T2 department leaders as well as the Sr. Director of Operations.

Essential roles and responsibilities of a Workforce Management Manager:

  • Develop and implement Shift bids for T2 non-exempt Operation
  • Prepare payroll for T2 Operation ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide oversight for vendors working on behalf of Sun Country in T2
  • Assist in the establishment of T2 staffing levels and reviews daily T2 utilization
  • Monitor and develop actions plans for improvement of the Key Performance Indicators for T2
  • Prepare financial analysis of current operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare cost/benefit analysis on proposed projects and investments
  • Prepare ad hoc operational and financial analysis and special projects
  • Assist in preparation of all daily operation generated analysis
  • Assist with development and monthly reviews of department budget
  • Support Business Unit as necessary to provide analytical support for operations analysis and decision making
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the MSP Operation
  • Assist in the operation, when needed
  • Any other duties assigned by management

The qualifications we are looking for in a Workforce Management Manager include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus one year of related experience
  • Working knowledge of airport operations
  • Financial analysis and communication of analysis
  • Previous Project Management experience
  • Ability to lead a large scoped project
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Continuous Improvement/Lean/6-Sigma experience/training
  • Greenbelt (or greater) certification

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Must be able to obtain a MSP SIDA badge with a CBP Seal.
