Production Operator (Manufacturing / Assembly)
We are seeking reliable manufacturing professionals to join a growing production team near Roanoke, Virginia. This role supports basic assembly, electrical testing, soldering, documentation, and rework activities in a structured manufacturing environment. Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: Up to $18.00/hour (DOE)
• Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $37,440.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime

Work Schedule
• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
• Complete basic assembly operations using required manufacturing documentation
• Correctly store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Verify calibration dates and seals on required tools and equipment
• Perform electrical testing using automated test equipment
• Perform soldering tasks as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use microscopes to complete detailed assembly or inspection work
• Complete required paperwork for each part accurately and legibly
• Perform minor rework in accordance with Standard Rework Procedures, Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework routers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and quality-focused work environment
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions in English required
• Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Quality-conscious mindset with strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity required
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented manufacturing environment
