Description:Your Mission:
This an exciting opportunity to place your fingerprint on Lockheed Martin of the future. As a member or the 1LMX Organizational Process Transformation team, you will closely collaborate with both the Corporate core Operations Transformation team as well as other 1LMX Value Stream organizations. In addition, you will lend your talents to the Operations Command Media and Training initiatives as needed. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to the following):

• Leading cross functional and virtual workshops to identify and develop integrated organizational solutions between value streams and role taxonomies
• Partnering with portfolio leadership and product managers to identify key organizational integration points and provide recommended processes to support
• Working with the business area Reps and SMEs, org design specialists, and human resource business partners to complete operation organizational design deliverables and milestones
• Managing key stakeholder relationships, engagements, and buy-in
• Support the development of Operations Command Media and diverse modalities as needed
• Collaborate the development of Operations training commonalities and platforms across enterprise

As a key member of the Operations Transformation team, you will need to have experience with functional domains, be technology savvy, have well developed emotional intelligence, a basic understanding of lean six sigma and change management, strong negotiating skills, and well evolved business acumen as a critical skill.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years manufacturing background and experience
• Strong background in organization design and strategy deployment
• Prior leadership and management experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations, and with multiple business areas
• Excellent written, verbal and briefing/presentation communications skills
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Executive presence
• Ability to develop executive level presentations and materials
• Experience leading virtual teams
• Ability to travel across national Lockheed Martin facilities
• US citizenship required due to system access
Desired Skills:
• Project management experience
• Strong technical background in ERP and MES Systems functionality
• Experience within multiple Business Areas
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills, and the capability to listen and influence
• Experience managing across organizational boundaries
• Preferred direct experience or understanding of LM Digital Transformation and 1LMX
• Green Belt and/or Black Belt Trained

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
