Job Description:
Scope of this position
The scope of the position will be to perform all the physical warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, etc.) as well as the update on the ERP system according Airbus processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and inbound of materials received in the warehouse. Perform physical checks and update SAP transactions
Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct materials has been received.
Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange materials accordingly.
Weighing merchandise and selecting appropriate envelopes, boxes, containers, or crates in which to pack merchandise.
Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup based on Customers’ requests
Performing warehouse inventory controls on a recurring basis
Execute improvement plan actions (modify layout, rearrange materials, post new signs, etc.)
Report damages or discrepancies caused to any material
Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code Of Conduct.
Carry out any other task as directed by the superior
Background & Skills
Min. requirement: High school diploma with 1 year experience in logistics operations of materiel services knowledge
Knowledge in SAP and MS Office Excel/Google sheet
Proactivity
Effective decision making
Advanced level of English is required. Basic level of Spanish would be a plus
