Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.
Rattaché au service Customer Online Relation au sein du département Support Client, vous participerez à la mise en place de nouveaux services en ligne sur le portail client et sur le CRM ATR.
Vous participerez ainsi aux différentes étapes de projets digitaux :
Recueil de besoins internes / externes et rédaction de spécifications
Phase de tests
Déploiement de nouveaux services en ligne
Définition et mise en œuvre de plans de communication, de formation et de support internes / externes
Ce stage est fait pour vous:
Etudes : Bac&43;4/Bac&43;5 en études informatiques, aéronautiques ou marketing
Compétences techniques recherchées : Gestion de projet, Système d’information
Savoir être recherchés : Organisé(e), Esprit d’équipe
Langues : Français / Anglais

What we will do together:
Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!
Integrated into the Customer Online Relation Service within the Customer Support Department, you will participate in the implementation of new online services on the Customer Portal and the ATR CRM.
You will thus participate in the different steps of digital projects:
Collect of needs and specification writing
Acceptance Tests
New online service deployment
Definition and implementation of communication plan, training, and internal/external support
This internship is designed for you
Diploma and school : Bac&43;4/Bac&43;5 in Student Information System / Aeronautical / Marketing
Hard Skills needed : Knowledge in Project Management, Information System
Soft Skills needed : Organized, Team Player
Languages: French /English
