The Account Solution Architect is responsible for gaining an understanding of the customers business and technology requirements, documenting those requirements, and creating a compelling business solution that meets the clients needs and achieves their desired business outcomes. The role must possess and demonstrate a high degree of business acumen, technical knowledge, highly effective communication skills and have a proven track record of driving high valued business results and is capable of prospecting, starting and leading the sales dialog independently.
Job Duties
- Represent the technical voice-of-the-customer for a particular account or account segment and liaison to the broader CSM team
- Understand mission-relevant tools and technologies currently deployed in customer missions
- Understand customer strategies and the technologies necessary to achieve and accelerate strategy implementation
- Understand state-of-the-art for mission-relevant technologies and to identify technology shifts and project trends
- Identify capability gaps to recommend technical solutions and engagement strategies that result in business growth
- Advise on relevant briefings, demonstrations, and white-papers that demonstrate thought leadership and advance our competitive positioning
- Actively stay connected with the customers technical community expand individual and company presence
- Develop rapport and establish customer confidence to become a trusted thought partner
- Ensure technical representation at all customer engagements as needed
- Personally contribute value and deliver results that achieve immediate and long-term business objectives
- Actively engage the CSM team to create advocacy and pull in delivering an individual and organizational value proposition to our customer
Qualifications
- 12+ years of complex, experience in cloud, enterprise software or IT Services
- 10+ years of experience in the Intel spanet
- Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership and customers
- Demonstrated experience positioning and selling technology to new users, as well as new technology to existing users
- Demonstrated experience proactively growing customer knowledge and relationships within complex accounts
- Track record of consistent and sustained business and sales performance in complex enterprise sales
- Willing to travel 25+
- Current TS/SCI with Poly

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
