What are your contributions to the team?
• Manage the budgets and accruals globally for all regions, consolidate all reports and make analyses to the team and finance.
• Develop and standardize operational tools, policies, and processes related to Security for Bombardier’s global operations.
• Manage the delivery and roll-out of several operational and transformation projects simultaneously.
• Provide daily alignment to a multi-disciplinary team to achieve security program objectives.
• Oversee Global Security Governance Programs and dashboard.
• Coordinate employee security evaluations in compliance with Canada’s Controlled Goods Program.
• Manage the employee background check process.
• Supervise the global security incident management platform and perform analysis.
• Oversee and maintain the travelers’ security program.
• Prepare travel security briefing for all travelers and expatriates traveling in risk areas.
• Coordinate, prepare, and analyze investigation reports.
• Organize special events as needed and prepare all necessary material.
• Manage performance meetings with suppliers.
• Coordinate and draft communication and awareness plans.
• Oversee the team’s training activities and manage the applicable documents.
• Support internal and external compliance audits.
• Forge and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners.
• Perform general office work such as travel and meeting planning, expense report, word processing and file follow up.
• Submit RMS requests and ensure follow-up as required
• Maintain Global Security metrics, key performance indicators
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• You have a college or university degree and relevant experience in the field of security.
• You have three to five years of experience in a corporate security department.
• You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
• You have a thorough knowledge of security-related computer systems.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
• You have thorough knowledge of local and international security processes and standards.
• You have solid organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage priorities.
• You have an excellent command of English and French, spoken and written.
