Position: Aircraft Electrical Installer II Supervisor: Production Supervisor
Classification: Hourly, Non-exempt Location: KAJ – Jacksonville
Grade: N/A Shift: 1st Shift
Summary: The Aircraft Electrical Installer II reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for installation of aircraft components, mechanical systems, wiring, and flight safety controls. Serves as a subject matter expert and supports coaching and understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, wire schematics and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years as Aircraft Mechanic or Electrician (Experience in either commercial or defense or relevant trade apprenticeship would be considered).
- 3+ years’ experience in reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, wire schematics and specifications.
- Knowledge of general environment processes (FOD control, tool control, and health & safety).
