PCC Airframe Segment is looking for future college graduates to join their Technical Rotation Program. This two-year program develops the knowledge and skills to become the future engineering leaders for our various facilities within the organization.

The TRP program is a two year program. Each engineering rotation will be one year in length.

First Year Assignment Location Oppotunities: Pacific NW, Southern California, Niskayuna, NY, and Tulsa, OK. Must be willing to relocate for 2nd year assignment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, process control, process improvement, metallurgy, tooling and fixture design, production support, facilities maintenance, and maintaining quality systems.

Experience & Education

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
  • Bachelor&39;s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Intern or co-op experience preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team building skills.
  • Relocation is required.

This development program is intended to prepare TRP graduates for a full-time Engineering position at one of the Airframe facilities. Upon graduation, successful candidates will be placed into a full-time role within the Airframe Segment.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $75000 to $75000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
