  • Plans, organizes and documents various training sessions, both internal and external;

  • Gathers the professional development measures, generating the annual professional development plan for employees in the organization;

  • Carries out the annual professional development plan by planning and organizing training or team building sessions;

  • Documents the skills acquired by employees by archiving all training documents for internal and/or external training;

  • Ensures that the feedback stage for external trainings is fulfilled – receives and gathers the feedback forms provided by the participants and their superiors;

  • Actively participates in the improvement of processes within the training department;

  • Prepares various reports specific to the activity;

  • Participates actively and responsibly in various forms of improvement;
