BECA-AHE Internship M&T Compras y Logistica

Job Description:

• Dar soporte en la dirección de distintos proyectos en curso y los planificados en el corto plazo dentro del área de Compras y Logística desde el enfoque de sistemas y procesos, así como dar soporte al negocio ante incidencias que puedan impactar en el buen desarrollo del mismo.
• Proporcionar soporte a la elaboración de los distintos entregables que deban generase durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
• Colaborar en el seguimiento exhaustivo de la planificación de los proyectos, así como de las acciones que surjan dentro del mismo.
• Colaborar en el seguimiento del plan de riesgos de los proyectos, actualizándolo en base a la evolución en cada fase.
• Colaborar en la gestión y seguimiento de incidencias y peticiones del negocio relacionadas con la actividad logística.
• Facilitar el trabajo y la comunicación entre el área de M&T y el Negocio.
• Colaborar en reuniones de ámbito trasnacional.
• Fomentar y ayudar al Negocio en la armonización de procesos y herramientas en base a la estrategia de la compañía.
• E.Key Competences
• SAP Logistic WM & MMModule,
• ERP & SAP mindset, familiar with best practices and implementing Project Management  guidelines
• Methodology and Process Management abilities,
• English, High level (understanding technical documentation,  speaking with other AG colleagues)
• Computer Engineering or other technical related education desired.
