Job Description:
An opportunity for a Building & construction engineer/architect has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Centro Bahía de Cádiz (CBC), Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz.
The selected candidate will join the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team and inside FMRE, the Building Construction team. FMRE is a key department in Airbus in charge of: ESG policies in the facilities, all civil works, supply and management of energy, transportation, hospitality, maintenance of the facilities, designing the spaces of the offices, etc.

SKILLS
Technical skills we are looking for: being accountable and responsible for building and construction works and projects under Airbus responsibility:
Engineering Architecture (engineering level &61; EQF7 / MECES 3)
Building background
Project management experience / Project Management Skills
Quality assurance
Technical management
Procedures follow up
CapEx/OpEx & finance control
R&O management
Planning management
Licenses & administration management
Negotiation level of English
Mandatory experience in building & construction area, as an engineer in field/or as a project technical manager.
