As a Building Automation Systems Tech Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our products and solutions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving the success of our BA business.
You will report directly to our Support Manager, and youll work out of our Bentonville, AR location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers building systems, ensuring their energy efficiency, and productivity. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex HVAC and Refrigeration technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in technical support HVAC and Refrigeration technical support or a similar role or a related role with BAS systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in a technical field.
- Experience in the Building Automation Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with Building Automation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
