We are looking for a Customer Communication Manager, part of the CRM & MA team, who will be responsible for driving sales through campaign communication and for creating loyalty-driven communication for our EuroBonus members and our B2B customers.

Challenges you will work on::
• Execute and develop sales-driven and engaging customer communication through email, SMS and App, both through automated communication in our trigger programs as well as calendar-driven campaigns and newsletters for both EuroBonus members and B2B customers
• Create Newsletters and marketing campaigns according to the marketing plan
• Project lead execution of B2B communication both through CRM communication and across channels with the goal of driving sales and ensuring conversion, activation and re-activation of the B2B customer base.
• Maintain good collaboration and work closely with copywriter, art director, Marketing Automation specialists, stakeholders and our B2B sales team
• A/B test and follow up communication to ensure that we get the optimal effect from our communication and marketing activities
To be successful, we believe you should have:
• Bachelors or Masters degree. Preferably in marketing or a similar field
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish as well as English (written and spoken)
• 2-3 years of experience from having worked with automated and personalized sales-driving communication through email and SMS towards B2C and B2B segments.
• Deep understanding of CRM, marketing and digital communication together with knowledge of how to work with customer insights, segmentation and personalization in email and SMS communication
• Experience of working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a preferred
• Good understanding of the Scandinavian languages
