Position Summary

Manufacturing rubber products running press machines. 

Responsibilities

• Operating press machines to make rubber products specific to our customers specifications 
• Be able to recognize basic variations in the product and report them
• Be able to basic troubleshoot issues
• Use problem solving tools and resources
• May operate multiply press machines
• Follow OD instruction sheet for set up, press operation, quality, and tear down
• Computer work to print OD instructions sheets, job tickets, and labels.  
• Participate on high performance teams
• Be able to perform with little supervisor or as a team
• Serve as a safety role model
• Participate in near his activities
• Perform safety audits
• Submit cost reductions 
• Be able to push/pull/lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED 

Demonstrate 3 years of work experience

Computer skills

Prior rubber experience desired
