Position Summary
Manufacturing rubber products running press machines.
Responsibilities
- Operating press machines to make rubber products specific to our customers specifications
- Be able to recognize basic variations in the product and report them
- Be able to basic troubleshoot issues
- Use problem solving tools and resources
- May operate multiply press machines
- Follow OD instruction sheet for set up, press operation, quality, and tear down
- Computer work to print OD instructions sheets, job tickets, and labels.
- Participate on high performance teams
- Be able to perform with little supervisor or as a team
- Serve as a safety role model
- Participate in near his activities
- Perform safety audits
- Submit cost reductions
- Be able to push/pull/lift up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrate 3 years of work experience
Computer skills
Prior rubber experience desired
