Description:This position is located at Luke AFB, AZ and will support the F-35 training mission. The collateral security specialist (CSS) operates at the direction of the security manager on matters related to collateral security duties within the Fighter Training Center (FTC). The CSS develops and conducts security education briefings and provides initial security briefings for newly assigned contract personnel. The CSS is the point of contact for: government common access card (CAC) applications, base entry for F-35 contract support visitors to include sending and receiving Luke AFB affidavits for all visitors. The CSS ensures all security requirements and standards identified in the visitor group security agreement are being met per the agreement and is responsible for al collateral security related matters. Provide continuity of operations for the special access program facilities (SAPF) for both, operations and simulator facilities, IAW DODM 5205.07, Vol 1-4 and local security requirements The CSS will also perform additional duties as required to meet the mission.
Basic Qualifications:
Final transferrable secret clearance.
Current security investigation within 5 years from the investigation close date.
Familiar with working in classified environments and / or classified materials.
Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
Experience processing visitors onto a military installation.
Experience processing paperwork for common access cards.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
In depth knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 v1-4.
Experience working with Visitor Group Security Agreements.
Desired Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
Experience working in a military environment.
Knowledge of security requirements for the F-35 program.
Experience providing briefings and / or training.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
