Position Summary: Sales Demonstration Pilot
Acts as a Pilot-in-Command to support company Sales Campaigns, Aircraft Acceptance and Deliveries, Customer Support, Marketing Events and Customer Aircraft Demonstrations within our IS-BAO Stage III Global Flight Operation. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne Fl with an attractive relocation package. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Responsibilities
• Operates company aircraft as the Pilot in Command, accountable for the safety and legality of the assigned flights.
• Perform the administrative duties and ensure that Embraer Policies governing the flight operation per the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) are met
• Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Director to ensure that the demo experience is tailored to the customer needs to ensure the result is a world class experience that contributes to the sales effort.
• Participates, with clients, in new aircraft operation procedures helping with necessary manuals, guides, forms, etc. Ensures operational functionality and pilot and passenger safety.
• Ensures compliance with federal regulations and product specifications.
Qualifications
• Generally, 8-10 years’ previous experience operating Embraer or competitor Business Jet products.
• Has satisfied the Minimum Qualifications requirements as an Embraer Demo Captain in two Embraer Types in accordance with the Flight Operations Crew Qualification Program (qualified for Pilot Demonstrations).
• Previous experience with flight instruction, and experience as a corporate pilot.

• Minimum: 4000 total flight hours
1000 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours
1500 Turbo Jet hours
Education
• BS or BA Undergraduate Degree typically required in a related field of study.
• Technical degree in aviation or A&P desirable.
• CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) experience highly desirable.
