Digital Architect - Full Stack Software Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital solutions to improve product assembly and testing processes.
- Maintain and update an extensive library of legacy software, employing a variety of programming languages.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to solve complex problems in assembly and testing, integrating both legacy and green field software technologies.
- Lead projects with a focus on innovation and raising quality benchmarks, managing moderate complexities.
- Develop and execute technical strategies, integration with external systems, and provide guidance to other team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering in an industrial environment) + Minimum of 3 years expertise in software engineering in an industrial environment.
Desired Characteristics
- Preferred: BS in Computer Science, with strong skills in VB6/.Net, Python, VB Script, JavaScript, and various web technologies, complemented by a solid mathematical background.
- A drive for self-improvement; this position requires continual learning of new technologies and skills.
- Experience in Windows server administration.
- Understanding of network protocols.
- Knowledge of database systems like Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.
- Outstanding skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
