Summary:

Preparing, updating and approving the methods and processes used in the production or maintenance of aircraft.

Responsabilities:

• Prepare assembly and manufacturing instructions based on project definitions, approved technical data, product structure and applicable standards.

• Supporting the aircraft production or maintenance areas in dealing with non-conformities, root cause analysis, action plan definition and scope.

• Interfacing with other support areas to propose solutions and improvements to the product and process.

• Supporting the preparation of technical proposals for new STCs (CST), retrofits and MRO services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Active CREA required.

• Experience as a support or process development engineer in the aviation sector working in aircraft production, maintenance or retrofit environments.

• Knowledge of project management and change management methods and tools.

• Knowledge of SAP, CAD / CATIA, MES, DMU.

• Advanced English (we will interview in English).

• French desirable.

• Willingness to travel and work abroad.

Sumário:

Elaborar, atualizar e aprovar os métodos e processos utilizados na produção ou manutenção de aeronaves.

Responsabilidades:

• Preparar instruções de montagem e fabricação com base em definições de projeto, dados técnicos aprovados, estrutura de produtos e normas aplicáveis.

• Suportar as áreas de produção ou manutenção de aeronaves no atendimento de não conformidades, análise de causa raíz, definição de plano de ação e abrangência.

• Interface com as demais áreas de suporte propondo soluções e melhorias no produto e processo.

• Apoiar na elaboração de proposta técnica de novos STCs (CST), retrofits e serviços de MRO.

Requisitos:

• Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Aeronáutica ou Mecatrônica.

• Necessário CREA ativo.

• Experiência como engenheiro de apoio ou desenvolvimento de processos no setor de aviação atuando em ambientes de Produção, Manutenção ou Retrofit de aeronaves.

• Conhecimentos de métodos e ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos e gestão de modificação.

• Conhecimento em SAP, CAD / CATIA, MES, DMU.

• Inglês avançado (teremos entrevista em inglês).

• Desejável francês.

• Disponibilidade para viagens e missões no exterior.
