Job Title: Operations Trainee
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Trainee to gain hands-on experience in the aviation industry. This entry-level position involves training in assembly processes within a collaborative environment under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in fitting detail parts and performing basic drilling and riveting operations using hand tools.
- Ensure work meets quality standards set by manufacturing and quality control teams.
- Learn to read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand production requirements.
- Help align and assemble parts, gradually taking on more complex tasks with experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform shop math.
- Strong comprehension and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work any shift.
