This vital role supports facility clearance, personnel clearances, classified information systems, and secure communications programs across multiple contracts, locations, and business segments. The FSO will also act as the Insider Threat Program Official (ITPSO), overseeing the program, its training, and execution. This position requires interaction with all levels of employees, management, and government agencies to ensure contract security compliance with the National Industrial Security Program. Hard Skills
- Management of Facility Clearance (FCL) and Personnel Clearance (PCL)
- Administration of Insider Threat Program (ITP) and Operations Security Program (OPSEC)
- Handling of Communications Security (COMSEC) Program, including interaction with NSA
- Experience with classified Information Systems Authorization to Operate, System Security Plans, policies, and Incident Response Plans
Qualifications- 5+ years of FSO experience
- Experiencing serving as the Insider Threat Program Official
- DOD Top Secret or Secret Level Clearance
