Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Format and manage internal documents
- Prepare, distribute, and print training materials
- Ship required records to Germany
- Maintain aircraft and FNPT documents
- Assist with scheduling and training record updates
- Manage student and instructor files, ensuring accurate flight time logging
- Coordinate introduction schedules for new courses
- Issue communications to students and staff
- Support TSA registrations and awareness training (as needed)
- Assist Quality Assurance with training record accuracy
- Oversee parachute rigging documentation
- Scan and file documents in the management system
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Highly organized
- Must be able to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing
- Must be able to efficiently apply collaborative techniques
- Fluency in English required
- Previous aviation experience working in a team environment preferred but not required
- Proficient in Windows applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent adaptability
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have problem solving skills
- Must manage working in high volumes
- Must complete and pass a drug test
- Must be available to work on weekends
